    • Vendor setup begins at 8 a.m./ends at 4 p.m. 
    • CVMA National Store: open from noon-6 p.m.
    • Silent Auction setup: Friday 
    • Sewing by Nita opens at 2 p.m.
    • Meet & Greet: 6-10 p.m.
    • 50/50 Drawing

Saturday, July 11th

    • CVMA National Store: open from 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
    • Poker Run Breakfast: 8-10 a.m. (at Eureka Springs HD)
    • Sewing by Nita opens at 8 a.m./ends at 3:30 p.m.
    • Aux Scholarship Poker Run: 8:30-2 (see flyer)
    • Cooling Station: Parking lot
    • Bike Wash: 11-3
    • Auctions open at 8 a.m./close at 3:30 p.m. 
    • Swipe-in: 1500-1600
    • AR State Rally Meeting: 1600-1700
    • Auction results & Live Auction after meeting
    • 50/50 Drawing
    • DJ/Karaoke: 7-10 p.m. 

Sunday, July 12th

    • Blessing of bikes: 0900-1000
    • Go home, Ride Safe
